Who am I?

My name is Shawn Norris. I own File13, a small freelance writing and design firm.

I got into the Initiative after stumbling upon the MO 18 Facebook group.  I had long wondered why 18 year old adults were not able to drink when they could do anything else an adult was legally allowed to do.  Up to this point, though, all I had done was wonder.  I never thought about actually trying to change it.

Introducing Michael Mekkelsen.  He founded the MO 18 Initiative.  Of course, being a writer, my first thought to doing my part for the initiative was writing for them.  Thus the birth of this blog.
